Join us for a guided meditation on Tuesday evening at Aminya.
We will be going on a journey within, connecting & seeking guidance with our Spirit Guide/s.
Bring along your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, pen & journal & water bottle.
*Artist Ella Risebrow will be visiting the Sunshine Coast in early July & will be available for personal portraits & Spirit Guide portraits by appointment & Ella will be drawing at her “fairywise medieval portraits” stall number 17. Abbey Medieval Festival 8th & 9th July
