Gary Little Founding Director, Empowered From Pain Author, Speaker, Trainer, Sports & Injury Therapist, and Wellness Navigator

Inspired by the disappointment of ineffective pain treatments, Gary Little embarked on a 20 year mission to find the real cause of pain – something most people experience.

Gary Little is a sports injury expert, with a substantial reputation based on proven success in treating the injuries and pain of elite international athletes.

Throughout his long and successful career as a sports and injury specialist, Gary has developed an unconventional approach to pain, stiffness and injury, producing amazing results. This approach is both a mystery and an inspiration to the health industry.

Now based on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Gary’s revolutionary and holistic approach to eliminating pain, stiffness and injury is being proven with every-day individuals who wish to live a pain-free life.

Gary ’s training seminars and corporate presentations help organisations to provide tools for management and staff to heal pain and discomfort, reduce absenteeism and create a more productive, pain-free workforce.

Gary shares his extensive knowledge of health and wellbeing in his new book, Shattering the Pain Myth: How you can live a pain free life now! In this, Gary’s first book, he challenges many of the current practices for dealing with pain and encourages people to think about the source of their pain, rather than the symptoms.

Gary provides practical ideas, techniques and systems to enable all people to live a pain-free life.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Gary holds formal qualifications in Body Based Counselling, sports therapy and remedial massage.
