GIVING FROM YOUR OVERFLOW – Beating Anxiety & Depression in Mothers
For so many women, loosing their sense of identity is an extremely common occurrence, following the arrival of children in our lives.  It’s so easy to get caught up in the needs of our family, that we forget about ourselves and begin to always put ourselves last, when in fact we should be putting ourselves first.
In this discussion, Jen talks about her own experiences and how she managed to crawl her way out of ‘hell’ and back into a life filled with great happiness, meaning and above all love, simply by recognising that she was the most important person in her life.
You’ll learn about the techniques that Jen uses to ensure that she is now giving from her overflow, so that you aren’t running on an empty cup all the time.  You’ll also understand how fulfilling your soul’s deepest desires, plays an extremely important role in looking after yourself Body, Mind and Soul.
After spending 17 years as an Insurance Broker, Jen made the bold decision to sell her business and follow her heart. She moved from the corporate world into a space of healing, coaching and mentoring, for women wanting to create a life filled with passion, purpose and lots & lots of love.
Jen combines traditional coaching, with Medical Intuitive healing and her understanding of Spirituality to help women overcome the emotional barriers that hold them back from reaching their pure potential.  She also runs a women’s networking group called Leading Ladies, which aims to teach women in the early years of business, how to successfully set up and run your own passion fuelled business.
